K1Game Terms and Conditions for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and K1Game ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of K1Game — through any device, browser or application — you are agreeing to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

K1Game reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the contact details on file. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms should be read alongside K1Game's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with us.

To register and maintain an account at K1Game, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. K1Game is strictly an 18+ platform. We have zero tolerance for underage access and take all necessary steps to prevent it.
• You are a resident of Pakistan. K1Game is designed and operated for players in Pakistan. Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law are not permitted to register.
• You are not a K1Game employee, contractor, affiliate or immediate family member of any of the above.
• You are not subject to any active self-exclusion or cool-off period on K1Game.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Pakistani law.
• You are accessing the platform in a personal capacity — not on behalf of a business or third party.

K1Game may request proof of identity and age at any time. Players who cannot provide satisfactory verification will have their accounts suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until documentation is received. K1Game's decisions on eligibility are final.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one K1Game account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or devices — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited, including winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. K1Game accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any other person or allow anyone else to access or use your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. K1Game recommends:

• Using a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform
• Enabling two-factor authentication if available in your account settings
• Never sharing your OTP verification codes with anyone — K1Game support will never ask for your OTP
• Logging out of the platform when using shared or public devices

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact K1Game support immediately at support@k1game.wine. We will place your account on a security hold while the matter is investigated.

K1Game reserves the right to close dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — after providing reasonable notice. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

K1Game accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are supported:

• K1Game charges zero platform fees on all deposits. Third-party fees (such as bank IBFT charges from your own bank) are outside K1Game's control.
• Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. K1Game does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties.
• K1Game may request proof of payment source at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. Failure to provide this may result in deposits being held.
• Funds deposited into K1Game may not be used for any purpose other than participating in the platform's games and betting markets.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance (excluding any active bonus funds not yet converted through wagering) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Verification: Your account must be verified (CNIC and selfie submitted and approved) before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• Same Method Rule: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This rule exists to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and cannot be waived except in documented exceptional circumstances reviewed by the K1Game finance team.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 for wallet methods; Rs 2,000 for bank IBFT.
• Maximum Withdrawal per Request: Rs 100,000 for wallet methods; Rs 500,000 for bank IBFT.
• Daily Limit: Rs 300,000 for standard verified accounts; Rs 1,000,000 for Platinum and Diamond VIP tier members.
• OTP Confirmation: Withdrawals above Rs 10,000 require a one-time password sent to your registered mobile number as a security measure.
• K1Game charges zero platform fees on withdrawals. The full requested amount is sent to your designated account.

Withdrawal requests that trigger our automated fraud detection system may be held for manual review. In such cases, K1Game will contact you within 24 hours with further instructions. K1Game reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal.

K1Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following universal terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: All K1Game bonuses carry a 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 150,000 in eligible wagers to be completed before withdrawal.
• Game Contribution Rates: Live baccarat, live blackjack, live roulette and live Dragon Tiger contribute 100% toward wagering. Standard slots contribute 100%. Jackpot slots contribute 20%. No-commission baccarat and certain excluded games contribute 0% — check the specific promotion page for details.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically after this period and are removed from your account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one K1Game bonus can be active in your account at any given time. New bonuses cannot be applied while a previous bonus is active.
• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first deposit match bonus (up to Rs 25,000) is available to new K1Game accounts only. One per player, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• K1Game reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes. No one is obligated to claim a bonus — you may decline any bonus offer and play only with your deposited real-money balance.

K1Game offers live casino games, RNG-certified casino games, esports betting markets and fishing games. The following rules apply across all game categories:

• RNG Certification: All K1Game RNG-based games are independently certified by third-party testing laboratories. Certification reports are available on request. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment — cards, wheels and dice — operated by professional dealers in monitored studios.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, K1Game's decision on the outcome is final. If a round cannot be completed due to a server error on K1Game's side, bets placed in that round will be voided and stakes returned to your wallet.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game displays its minimum and maximum bet limits before you join. K1Game reserves the right to apply individual bet restrictions to any player account at any time.
• Esports Betting: Esports markets at K1Game are settled based on official results published by the relevant game publisher or tournament organiser. K1Game's traders may void markets where there is evidence of match irregularities or where official results are not available within a reasonable timeframe.
• Bet Cancellation: Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In live betting markets, bets placed after the relevant event has concluded will be voided.

K1Game operates a strict fair use policy to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure a level playing field for all players. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Bonus Abuse: Using bonuses in a manner designed to exploit mathematical edges — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using specific game strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds without genuine play intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players to generate guaranteed outcomes or to manipulate game results in any way.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated system to place bets. All bets at K1Game must be placed manually by the registered account holder.
• Money Laundering: Using K1Game to deposit and withdraw funds in a manner that conceals the origin or ownership of money. K1Game cooperates fully with financial regulators and law enforcement on matters of suspected financial crime.
• Third-Party Funding: Depositing or withdrawing using payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers after using the deposited funds to play. K1Game will pursue recovery of fraudulently charged-back amounts through all available legal means.

K1Game uses automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited behaviour. Where violations are found, K1Game reserves the right to forfeit all balances, void all winnings and close the account permanently.

K1Game implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, tokenised payment processing that ensures K1Game never stores your card numbers or banking credentials, and OTP-based withdrawal verification. However, account security is a shared responsibility.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and updating it regularly
• Ensuring you log out fully when using shared devices
• Reporting any suspected unauthorised access immediately
• Not responding to any communication claiming to be from K1Game that asks for your full password or payment account PIN

K1Game takes responsible gaming seriously. As a condition of using the platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• You are using K1Game for entertainment purposes, not as a source of income.
• You will only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
• You will make use of K1Game's responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, session limits, self-exclusion and cool-off periods — if you believe your gaming is becoming a problem.
• Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and irrevocably for the selected duration. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the chosen period ends will not be acted upon.
• K1Game reserves the right to initiate responsible gaming interventions — including mandatory cool-off periods or account suspension — if internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour.

K1Game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Detection of fraudulent, collusive or abusive behaviour
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime
• At the player's own request
• Failure to complete identity verification within 30 days of account creation

Where an account is closed due to a policy violation, K1Game will investigate before releasing any remaining balance. Balances derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited. Balances representing genuine real-money deposits (net of any forfeited amounts) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the investigation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting K1Game support at support@k1game.wine. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment account within five business days.

K1Game provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of all services. K1Game shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or other financial loss resulting from service interruptions, technical errors or connectivity issues on the player's side
• Loss resulting from the player's failure to safeguard their account credentials
• Indirect, consequential or economic losses of any kind arising from use of the platform
• Actions or decisions of third-party payment providers

Nothing in these terms limits K1Game's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If you have a complaint or dispute about any aspect of your K1Game experience, please follow this process:

1. Contact Support First: Raise the issue with K1Game's live support team or via email at support@k1game.wine. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours at this stage.
2. Escalate if Unresolved: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, request escalation to the K1Game disputes team in writing. Include your account ID, the nature of the dispute, relevant dates and any supporting evidence.
3. Resolution Timeline: K1Game will acknowledge escalated disputes within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 days.
4. Final Decision: K1Game's decision on disputes related to game outcomes, technical errors and bonus eligibility is final once the disputes team has reviewed the matter.

K1Game does not accept chargebacks as a substitute for the disputes process. Initiating a chargeback while a dispute is under investigation will be treated as a withdrawal from the process and may result in account closure.

K1Game may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes — those that materially affect player rights or obligations — K1Game will provide at least 7 days' notice via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Minor changes — such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors or formatting updates — may be made at any time without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of K1Game after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any change, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
