K1Game collects only the data that is necessary to operate your account safely, process your PKR transactions and meet our identity verification obligations. The categories are:

K1Game does not collect sensitive personal information such as religious beliefs, ethnicity, political opinions or health data. We do not collect information about your contacts or access your device's address book, microphone or camera beyond what is needed for the one-time identity verification selfie.

K1Game collects your data through several channels, all of which are within your knowledge and control:

• Registration Form: When you sign up at K1Game, you provide your name, mobile number and a password. This is the minimum required to create an account.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Before your first withdrawal, K1Game requires you to submit a copy of your CNIC and a real-time selfie. This is submitted through an encrypted upload interface within your account dashboard.
• Deposits and Withdrawals: When you transact in PKR through Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or debit card, the payment gateway records transaction references and account identifiers. These are linked to your K1Game account for reconciliation and fraud prevention purposes.
• Platform Usage: K1Game's systems automatically log technical data — IP addresses, session timestamps, pages visited, games launched, bets placed — as part of normal platform operation. This data is used for security monitoring, responsible gaming oversight and platform improvement.
• Customer Support: If you contact K1Game support via live chat or email, the content of that communication is stored alongside your account record so support agents have context for future interactions.
• Cookies and Local Storage: K1Game uses cookies and browser local storage to maintain your login session and remember preferences. Full details are in Section 7.

Every piece of data K1Game holds has a specific, legitimate purpose. Here is what each category is used for:

• Identity & Contact Data: To verify you are who you say you are (KYC), to confirm you are 18 or older, to send OTP codes for login and withdrawals, and to contact you about your account when necessary.
• Financial Data: To process your PKR deposits and withdrawals accurately, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and to investigate disputed transactions.

K1Game may also use aggregated, anonymised data — data that cannot be linked back to any individual player — for internal analytics and platform development. This anonymised data carries no privacy implications as it cannot identify you.

K1Game will only send you promotional communications — bonus notifications, promotional offers — if you have opted in to receive them during registration or subsequently through your account settings. You can opt out at any time by updating your notification preferences or contacting support.

K1Game does not sell your data. We do not share it with marketers or data brokers. In limited, specific circumstances, your data may be shared with the following categories of recipient:

• Payment Processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT networks and card processors receive the minimum transaction data needed to complete your deposits and withdrawals. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and comply with Pakistani financial regulations.
• Identity Verification Providers: K1Game uses a certified third-party KYC provider to verify CNIC documents and perform liveness checks. Given that K1Game handles real-money transactions in Pakistani Rupees, payment data deserves specific attention. Here is exactly how it works:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: When you deposit or withdraw via these wallets, K1Game receives a tokenised transaction reference and the last four digits of your wallet number. K1Game never sees your full JazzCash or Easypaisa account number, PIN or OTP. These are processed entirely within the respective payment platform's secure environment.
• Bank IBFT: For bank transfers, K1Game receives your bank account IBAN to process withdrawals. This IBAN is stored in encrypted form in K1Game's financial records and is used only for sending funds to your verified account.
• Debit Cards: Card payments are processed through a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. K1Game receives only a transaction reference and a masked card number (showing the first six and last four digits). Full card numbers are never transmitted to or stored by K1Game.
• Transaction History: A complete record of all your PKR deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits and game wager settlements is stored in your K1Game account and is accessible to you at any time through your transaction history page.

• KYC Documents (CNIC, Selfie): Retained for a minimum of five years after account closure. This is a regulatory requirement related to anti-money laundering obligations and cannot be waived even on your request.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for seven years after each transaction. This reflects standard financial record-keeping requirements under Pakistani law.
• Game History and Bet Records: Retained for three years after the relevant game session. Used for dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring.
• Support Correspondence: Retained for two years after the last interaction in a support thread, then deleted unless the matter relates to a dispute still under review.
• Technical Logs (IP addresses, session data): Retained for 90 days, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

• Password Hashing: K1Game never stores your password in readable form. Passwords are processed through a one-way cryptographic hash function before storage. K1Game support agents cannot see your password — only you know it.
• OTP Verification: Withdrawals above Rs 10,000 require a one-time password sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. This prevents withdrawals even if someone obtains your login credentials.
• Access Controls: K1Game staff access to player data is role-restricted and logged. Support agents see only what they need to resolve your query. Access to financial records and KYC documents requires additional authorisation.
• Fraud Monitoring: Automated systems monitor login patterns, device changes, transaction amounts and game behaviour for indicators of account compromise or fraudulent activity. Suspicious events trigger automated holds and manual review.

Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. K1Game strongly recommends using a unique password for your account and enabling any two-factor authentication features available in your account settings. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@k1game.wine with your registered mobile number and the specific right you wish to exercise. K1Game will respond within 14 days. Identity verification may be required before processing certain requests.

K1Game is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. Age verification through CNIC is a mandatory step before any withdrawal is processed, and it is used specifically to confirm that the account holder meets the minimum age requirement.

If K1Game discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account is held by a person under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be blocked, and any remaining balance representing real-money deposits will be returned to the source payment account after investigation. Winnings credited to an underage account will be forfeited.

Parents and guardians who believe a minor may have accessed K1Game using their identity or payment details should contact support immediately at support@k1game.wine. We will investigate the matter urgently and take all appropriate steps.

K1Game may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements or the scope of K1Game's services. When material changes are made — changes that meaningfully affect how your data is used or your rights over it — K1Game will:

• Notify registered players via their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice within the platform
